By tapping the team’s extensive construction experience gained in the competitive Southern California market, Dyerbilt has taken the lead in developing engaging commercial spaces in the Southern Colorado. Whenever possible, we re-use existing infrastructure to minimize a project’s footprint and preserve natural resources. We are particularly proud of a mixed-use project in historic downtown Durango. This 7,300-sq. ft. building on Main Street will pair elegant street-level retail space with a luxury residential loft on the upper floor. In addition, we are in the planning phase to develop a 7,800-sq. ft. building on North Main Street that will artfully incorporate ground-floor parking, attractive office space on the second level, and two residential lofts on the top floor that feature mountain views, quality finishes and an open floor plan. Dyerbilt’s 18,000-sq. ft. motor sports retail/showroom and service center in Durango represents another flagship commercial construction project.
