Dyerbilt is working with Architect Fawley-Bryant and Associates to design a 7500(approx) square foot custom home on Lot 25 at the Glacier Club at Tamarron and we are starting construction in the Spring of 2005. The lot sits upon a high bluff looking down through Rockwood through the Animas Valley and out across the pristene Needles range of the San Juan Mountains. The home will have top of the line everything and is expected to be one of the most exceptional Glacier Club homes. The home borrows detailing from much of the Rocky Mountain's heritage and will have a Timber Frame structure with extensive beam details and stonework throughout. The old world design features will be married to the latest in home automation and integration technology.
